Today’s episode is with the CEO, Stratageum, Sam Hayes. This episode is about the small deposits in someone’s life today that will pay them dividends years later.

Sam has an interesting career history from his early days in Roanoke Virginia thinking he would work for the railroad, to then coordinating facilitates at the Federal Reserve Bank as Vice President, to now leading as the CEO of his company Stratageum. He’s got an interesting story about how the name for his company was created.

  • A story about a 26-year commitment his brother-in-law made and how he helped him achieve that dream.
  • What’s the early leadership lesson Sam learned and then later what he says is the key to leadership that Everything hinges on.
