As you will hear in this conversation, I’ve known Serena from when our kids went to elementary school together. Since then, she has exploded on social media with her Living by Disney business. I’ve been following her on social media (primarily on Instagram stories) because I’m facilitated with how she connects with her audience in a very genuine and authentic way. We talk about that in this interview.

This episode is a mix of, simply curious questions about what it is like to grow a business focused on the experience of Disney World parks, but also the strategy of growing an online brand and connecting on a personal level with a very large audience of loyal followers.
