It’s an interview with CEO of GXG, Public Speaker, and Author it’s Craig Lemasters. This episode is about: “Using Other People’s Knowledge and Experience to Get Unstuck.”
Today’s guest is Craig Lemasters. I was introduced to Craig by one of my new favorite people Keri Childers. Keri simply wanted two people who needed to know each other to get connected. After being introduced to Craig it was obvious that he needed to be a guest on this podcast. So, thanks Keri.
Craig is currently CEO of GXG, a company that solves traditional consulting’s execution problem by curating intentional, focused conversations with expert operators who share the advantage of their knowledge and experience. He was also former CEO of a $5B Fortune 500 subsidiary. We’ll get into that in this interview. Not only does Craig speak to organizations across the country, but he is also the author of a new book that comes out on October 6. Of course, we talk about that too.
In this interview, we talk about:
- Craig explains what he calls “Wisdom Based Methodology” to solve where organizations get stuck.
- He describes what happened to him in the corporate elevator after he became CEO which catches many CEOs off guard.
- Craig explains why he wrote his new book, “Unstuck; How to Unlock and Activate the Wisdom of Others” and of course, what it’s about.
- He shares what three steps every CEO needs to apply now so that the business can grow coming out of this pandemic.
