Forbes reported that 65% of team members want to receive more feedback from their leaders.

I used to hate to receive feedback because it felt like I was being criticized for something I felt or someone else felt I should already know how to do. It wasn’t easy, but I eventually learned how to not only receive feedback to improve but also give other people feedback. 

I created a simple method to seek feedback from others which I will share with you in today’s episode. I also share how to more effectively provide feedback to others, and if you are leading a technology team, an everyday part of your job is to give feedback to others.
