When I asked Scot if he would consider being interviewed at an Authentic Interview, to say the least, he was reluctant. Scot is the epitome of a humble leader. To Scot it’s always about other people. He also didn’t think anyone would be interested in hearing what he had to say. We ended up having one of the biggest crowds to date.
